At Lambeau Field, a fan decided to yell a disparaging remark about Muslims during the moment of silence before the Lions played the Packers. After the Lions’ 18-16 win, which was the team’s first victory in Wisconsin since 1991, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was asked about the fan’s outburst.

Rodgers said the moment of silence was important and was not pleased with the fan’s disrespectful exclamation.
“I was really disappointed with whoever the fan was who made a comment that I thought was really inappropriate during the moment of silence,” Rodgers told reporters. “It’s that kind of prejudicial ideology that puts us in the position that we are today as a world.”
